K. is a dark fun-fare that offer wonderful and extreme visual versions to very short stories of Kafka. The selected stories staged in the cells and yards of the prison include visual theater, dance and live music, with an abundance of images and visions and even one crazy party.
K. is the fifth site-specific production that Clipa theater has staged in the Israel Festival, creating unique performances for various sites and locations throughout Jerusalem - including the festival's opening performance in 2001 and 2005. K.'s location in the museum of the Underground Prisoners has dictated the course and structure of the production and its main theme - presenting the artist as both prisoner and warden of his craft and in the eyes of his audience.
